WHO WE ARE

LB SQUAD is a Portuguese-based live & online coaching expert, utilizing the latest technology to provide triathlon coaching through our online platforms along with private, and group live training. We ensure that all of our athletes are treated as individuals, offering a bespoke environment and structure to enable them to achieve their personal goals, be that finishing their first triathlon through competing at their highest level in Ironman.

WHAT WE DO

LB SQUAD offers a range of triathlon coaching services for all abilities of athletes from professional to novice and from sprint distance to Ironman distance racing. We offer the ultimate triathlon training program: from daily workouts tailored to you, to unlimited contact with your coach by email and telephone, as well as nutritional and body conditioning advice. We run various training days throughout the year for all 3 disciplines as well as a number of training camps (both in Portugal and abroad) that are designed to mentor and push our athletes, turning them into winning machines.

HEAD COACH

Lino Barruncho started his pro career as a duathlon athlete in 1992. He competed professionally for 15 years, winning 23 international medals, including a world champion, vice world champion, and silver in European Championships. Lino has coached pro and amateur triathletes since 2009, placing 4 pro athletes in the Olympic games.
